It is the correct method for roofs, siding, soffits, painted wood, cedar and stucco. Concrete and other flatwork you walk on is the exception and gets pressure washed instead.

Yes, and it is the only method we will use on a roof. High pressure strips the granules off asphalt shingles, and those granules protect the shingle from sun and wear. The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association recommends low pressure cleaning only for asphalt shingle roofs. Elite Softwash never pressure washes a roof. If you want to confirm what your specific roof allows, check your manufacturer documentation or your own warranty paperwork.

Shaded and north facing surfaces grow algae faster, so a home under heavy trees or near the water tends to need attention sooner than one sitting in full sun.

We plan the job around your landscaping. We use 100% biodegradable cleaning solutions, and before anything is applied we pre-rinse and protect the beds, plants and anything sensitive nearby. When the cleaning is done we rinse everything thoroughly again, including the ground and the landscaping. Around the lakes we take extra care with where runoff goes.
