The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce came out to our shop in Silver Lake and made two videos about what we do. Bob from the Chamber sat down with Brandon, asked questions, and watched the equipment run. Why the Chamber came to see us
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce visits member businesses and puts them on camera so local people can see who they are hiring. We have been a Chamber member because we believe in doing business face to face. When the Chamber asked to film at our shop, the answer was easy. Come on out.

Video 1: What is soft washing?
In the first video, Bob asks Brandon the question we hear the most. What is soft washing, and how is it different from pressure washing?
Here is the short version. Soft washing uses low pressure and a special cleaning solution. The solution does the work, not the water. It kills the algae, mildew, and organic growth that make your siding look dirty and your roof look streaked. Because the growth dies at the root, the surface stays clean far longer than it would after a quick blast with a power washer.
High pressure has no business on siding or shingles. It can force water behind your siding, strip paint, and knock granules off your roof. That is why we soft wash houses and roofs instead. If you want the full breakdown, we wrote about the benefits of soft washing too.
Video 2: Pressure washing in action
Bob came back for round two. This one covers our pressure washing services, and you can watch the surface cleaner run on the concrete right outside our shop.
That round machine in the video is called a surface cleaner. Under the hood, a spinning bar sweeps high pressure water across the concrete in an even pattern. That is how we clean a driveway without leaving the stripes and swirl marks you get from a handheld wand. It is faster, and the finish looks uniform from edge to edge.
Concrete is the right place for high pressure. Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks can take it, and they need it. Years of dirt, tire marks, and algae work into the surface, and a garden hose will not touch it. If your concrete turns green in the shade or slick when it rains, that is growth, and it comes off.
The right method for the right surface
